  1. Drink lots of water:
    Water consumption is vital to our health. You should aim to drink between 1-2L per day.
  2. Eat six small meals a day:
    Ensure you eat a healthy breakfast (to kickstart your metabolism), a mid-morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack and your evening meal. Don’t miss one and keep your portions in moderation.                                                                                                    
  3. Exercise at least three times a week:
    Seek professional advice or consult your doctor before you undertake any new exercise regime. Cardiovascular and endurance training, weight-bearing exercise, stretching and toning, as well as strength and conditioning are all vital elements of attaining your optimum fitness level.
  4. Aim for 2000 steps a day:
